Mindfulness Wiltshire offers courses, workshops, retreats, and one-to-one sessions designed to help people reduce stress, build resilience, and live with greater presence and ease — available both online and in person to suit your needs.
Welcome to Mindfulness Wiltshire
Mindfulness isn’t about emptying the mind or escaping life — it is about learning to meet life more fully.
To pause. To notice. To respond, rather than automatically react.
To live with a little more steadiness, clarity, and kindness — even when life is messy, busy, or uncertain.
Mindfulness invites us back into the present moment, where life is actually happening. Research shows that with practice, we can:
• Reduce stress and overwhelm
• Improve sleep and focus
• Support emotional balance
• Build resilience and self-compassion
• Strengthen our capacity to cope with change
“Between stimulus and response there is a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.”
Mindfulness helps us find that space.
And from there, life can feel lighter, richer, and more genuinely ours.
A Practice for Everyday Life
Mindfulness is for real people, living real lives — not for perfect days or perfectly calm minds.
Many participants come to mindfulness because they are:
- Feeling stressed or depleted
- Managing change, uncertainty, or health challenges
- Looking for more balance and self-connection
- Curious about living more intentionally
You don’t need experience. Just a willingness to pause, breathe, and begin where you are.

Who It’s For?
Mindfulness Wiltshire is for anyone who wants to live with greater steadiness, awareness, and compassion.
People come to our sessions when life feels demanding, when stress or uncertainty takes its toll, or simply when they want to strengthen their sense of balance and wellbeing.
You don’t need any prior experience — just an openness to explore how paying attention with kindness can transform the way we meet our minds, bodies, and daily lives.
Rooted in both modern psychology and Buddhist understanding, our programmes support people from all walks of life — parents, carers, professionals, volunteers, teachers, young people, and anyone seeking a more grounded, resilient, and compassionate way to live.

Mindfulness is not something you “get right.” It is something you practice, gently, steadily, until it becomes a way of being. Over time, it can shift the lens through which you experience yourself, others, and the world.
“The real meditation is how you live your life.”
— Jon Kabat-Zinn
