1-2-1's tend to follow the Finding Peace in a Frantic World 8 week course curriculum or 1-2-1's can be tailored to suit an individual's requirements. You may like to consider first trying a few 1-2-1 sessions before considering embarking on an 8 week programme.
If you have already completed an 8 week MBSR course you may like to book regular 1-2-1 sessions to help support your ongoing practise.
One to ones may suit individuals who are unable to commit to a MBSR 8 week course and would prefer to have sessions on a frequency basis to fit around their own lifestyle and availability.
Individual sessions offer:
- Confidentiality in a private and comfortably setting thus providing an opportunity to be yourself
- Tailored and flexible sessions, working at your own pace to meet your personal needs
- The opportunity to ask a range of questions relevant to your individual experiences
Ideally to learn this new skill and to get the best out of these sessions, each participant would commit to undertake 90 mins sessions. Each session costs £50. However, the length and number of sessions can be agreed in advance to suit each individuals personal needs, time availability and resources.
