8th May - 3rd July (no session the 29th May) 7-9:30pm Barnard St, Salisbury
10th May - 5th July ( no session on the 31st May) 2-4:30pm Neals Yard Remedies.
The Retreat Day for these courses will be held on Sunday 24th June 10-4pm. 
             There will be an Orientation Session for all participants attending these courses on 1st May 2018                                     7-8.30pm. If you are unable to attend the orientation session then arrangements can be made to undertake an orientation over the phone, by appointment only.

Fees for the Course
The cost of the full 8 week course is £200, which includes all class time (25hrs), the 1 day Retreat in Salisbury, plus recorded Guided Practices to support home practice and a Workbook. It also includes any telephone support during the course to help with dealing with any challenges faced with integrating mindfulness into your lives.
Places on the 8 week course are limited, please book in plenty of time to secure yourself a place. Next terms courses are already booking up fast!

Please note that if you are undertaking this course in order to teach Mindfulness in your organisation/work place, it is a requirement that you complete an 8 week course and not a shorter programme. A shorter course does not meet the UK's Good Practice Guidance for Teachers. 

On making your booking for the MBSR 8 week courses...
We require a 20% deposit for all MBSR courses and any workshops that are run to reserve your place. Full payment is due two weeks prior to the course start date. Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer. Payments schedules can be agreed prior to the course starting so please call to discuss.When you make a booking there will an initial follow up telephone conversation with you to provide more information about the course and what’s involved, the commitment required from you and to ensure this is the right time for you to be undertaking the course.

Mindfulness Courses are not the same as therapy and we advise you to seek support from an appropriate professional, GP or a trained and registered therapist or counsellor.

Mindfulness for Cancer - Specialist Courses for those experiencing Cancer - Free courses.
These are being funded by Wessex Cancer Trust and there are courses being run throughout 2017.
The next course runs from the 6th October 10-12.30 at the Wessex Cancer Trust Centre on the Isle of Wight.

Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Workshops  - TBC
If you have heard about the benefits of Mindfulness and want to find out more, this introductory session offers you the opportunity to experience first hand mindfulness mediation practice. 
It will also introduce you to some simple  practical methods that you can take away and begin to practice in your everyday life. 
We will also share some of the scientific research  that underpins the mindfulness practice and through some practical exercises get you to explore the natural tendency's of your mind. 
Mindfulness is effective for those looking for ways to learn how to reduce and manage their symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression as well as exploring how the practice can develop personal resilience and bring many other benefits to both your physical and psychological health and well-being.
